How It Works

Step 1: Schedule a consultation. A $50 deposit is required in order to secure your appointment day and time, which will go toward your service cost. Please allow at least 24 hours for any cancellations in order to receive a refund. Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive a welcome email with information regarding your appointment as well as forms that need to be completed prior to your appointment. Recent labs are also necessary for this program, which may be obtained in the following ways:

  • through your PCP (labs done within 6 months may be accepted if done through another provider)

  • ordered by your provider at Infinity Aesthetics & Wellness using your health insurance (although it is not guaranteed that it will be covered through your insurance)

  • cash pay ($99 for basic weight loss panel)

Step 2: Attend telehealth consultation. You will receive reminders regarding your appointment day and time via text and/or email depending on your preference. The initial consultation may take up to 60 minutes in which we will discuss your health history, labs, an individualized treatment plan, medication options, lifestyle changes, and more.

Step 3: Once a treatment plan is created and payment is received, the 30-day supply of the medication and supplies will be ordered to be sent to your home. The medication will be delivered with ice packs and must be refrigerated once received. We are here to support you throughout your journey so if at anytime you have questions or concerns, you may contact us via phone, text, or your secure patient portal.
